Dr. Scott McElmeel is a board-certified anesthesiologist who joined Oklahoma Anesthesia Professionals in 2021. He earned his medical degree from the University of Arizona and completed his residency in anesthesiology at the University of Oklahoma. Dr. McElmeel provides care across a broad range of surgical specialties and is known for his thoughtful, detail-oriented approach in the operating room. He enjoys the variety and complexity that comes with practicing in diverse clinical settings.
Outside of medicine, Dr. McElmeel has a wide range of interests. He’s an avid singer, a collector of rare coins and whiskeys, and even spends time skateboarding. His unique mix of hobbies reflects the same curiosity and energy he brings to his practice.
