Dr. Sean Dossett is a board-certified cardiothoracic anesthesiologist whose training and expertise center on the care of patients undergoing complex cardiac and thoracic procedures. He earned his medical degree from Oklahoma State University, followed by residency training at the University of Alabama at Birmingham, where he also completed a fellowship in cardiothoracic anesthesia.
In addition to his clinical work, Dr. Dossett has been actively involved in integrating Enhanced Recovery After Surgery (ERAS) protocols for cardiac patients, helping to improve outcomes and streamline recovery. He brings a focused, evidence-based approach to patient care and values collaboration with surgical teams to achieve the best possible results.
